Direction :
- Using circular motion, gently massage a reasonable amount, with a dab of water, onto lips using scrub brush (30 seconds)
- Wipe scrub off with water
- Pat lips dry with soft cloth/towel
- Follow with Lip Lightening Balm for a kissable pucker and hydration.
